Finance

Finance Committee shall be responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing fiscal procedures, fundraising plans and the annual budget. The Treasurer of the Corporation shall chair the Finance Committee. The Board of Trustees must approve the budget before the budget is presented to the membership for final adoption and all expenditures must be within budget.  Annual Reports shall be submitted to the Board of Trustees showing income and expenditures and cash balances on hand. The financial records of the Corporation shall be made available to all JAG member stations, the Board of Trustees and the public. – JAG Bylaws
